Speaker Agreement is entered into between Travel Vex INC operating as Adventure Travels Organizer and Silvia Farag Speaker in connection with The Path to a Sacred Union a Christian Orthodox Relationship amp Marriage Conference taking place in Cancun Mexico. Event Name: The Path to a Sacred Union. Location: Cancun Mexico. Conference Dates: June 17-21 2026. Speaking Date: June 19 2026.
Speaker Responsibilities Acknowledgment

I agree to serve as the prime presenter for the conference sessions scheduled on June 19 2026 including Morning session Afternoon session Evening session including QampA
I agree to prepare and deliver content aligned with the purpose of the conference and consistent with Christian Orthodox values.
Compensation Acknowledgment (1500 USD Honorarium)

I understand the Organizer agrees to pay the Speaker a total honorarium of 1500 USD and this honorarium covers all speaking sessions delivered on June 19 2026
I understand payment method and timing will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Speaker
Travel and Accommodations Acknowledgment

Organizer covers Round-trip airfare Hotel accommodations board and lodging for the duration of the conference stay for the Speaker
Organizer covers Hotel accommodations board and lodging for the duration of the conference stay for the Speakers Spouse
Organizer is not responsible for airfare or personal expenses for the Speakers spouse
Recording and Use of Content Permission

The Speaker grants the Organizer permission to record audio andor video of conference sessions
The Speaker grants permission to use recordings photographs or excerpts for conference-related promotional educational or archival purposes handled respectfully and in alignment with the mission of the conference
Cancellation, Independent Contractor, and Entire Agreement Acknowledgment

If either party is unable to fulfill this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances both parties agree to notify one another promptly and to act in good faith and any non-refundable expenses already incurred will be addressed fairly and reasonably
The Speaker is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee partner or agent of the Organizer
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between both parties and may only be modified in writing with mutual consent
